1. Information We Collect

BORWICK TRAVEL LLC ("BORWICK TRAVEL," "we," "us") collects information provided directly by users of this website (including contact form submissions and email correspondence), survey travelers who participate in research studies conducted by BORWICK TRAVEL, and through standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

2. How We Use Information

Contact form data is used solely to respond to inquiries and, where consented, to provide service proposals. Survey respondent data is collected solely for travel planning purposes, stored separately from PII, and delivered to clients only in aggregated or anonymized form unless explicit respondent consent for identified delivery is obtained. Web log data is used for site maintenance and security purposes only.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Research deliverables provided to clients contain aggregate findings, cross-tabulations, and anonymized verbatim extracts — never linked respondent-level PII — unless contractually specified and separately consented by the respondent.

4. Data Retention

Contact form and correspondence data is retained for a maximum of three years from the date of last substantive contact. Research panel respondent profiles are maintained while the respondent remains active in the panel. Survey response data is retained for the duration of the contract period plus 12 months, then securely deleted unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

5. Your Rights (CCPA)

California residents have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by BORWICK TRAVEL LLC. Submit requests to reservations@borwicktravel.com or by mail to 11200 Factory Shops Boulevard
Gulfport, MS 39503. We respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days.

6. Security

We maintain technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data held, including TLS transport encryption, AES-256 at-rest encryption, MFA on all staff accounts, and role-based access control. See our Data Security page for details.
